Dear Paul, It's been a year since the passing of my father (Melvin Fleckenstein) he passed away on Christmas Eve 2009. I want to THANK YOU so much for the memories you allowed us to have of my father during the service in which you ministered, you were absolutely amazing. I left there thinking you and my dad had met prior to his death due to way you put everything together. I still today remember the exact setting and how comfortable you made myself and sibling during a very emotional time, you had all the answers and patience anyone could ask for. Even today I still have my ups and downs but I do know that my father and his children were in the best hands they could be in during that time. I realize this has been a year but I want you to know that you will always be remembered and never forgotten. I ask that you pass this on to your staff as well since they to made a tough day a happy memory. Thanks again, and if you need to or want to feel free to contact me via cell at 719-648-4021. Also your Careletter that comes in the mail is the best information available, I ask that I can pay for more issues if possible or what I need to do to continue them if possible, please let me know.
