For whom it May Cincern: The early hours of Febuary 14 near four in the morning, you dispatched two young people to gather up my mother, Kathleen Thibault, in Castle Rock. I was unable to obtain their names; I do phpe you can see that this gets to the two who helped us. It was dark and our place is difficult to find in the daylight, but these two discretely showed up without any problems. They were so remarkably respectful of my father, Ted, my mama, nad the nature of their visit, especially the young lady. She was very gently direct and explicit in each step they took for my mother's preparation. She showed such compassion, benevolence and understanding. The youn man gave her place and was a qquietly wonderful support to her. One small action he performed, possibly withour even thinking, as they were situating my mama on the stretcher he handled her head with such careful tenderness and then tucked the sheet around her nack and chin ad if she were someone he knew nad deeply cared for. Their conduct and demeanor were so incredibly touching and comforthing. A person must be quite unique in order to understand enough to behave so appropriately in a situation composed of such sensitive nature. Being wskened at early hours to perform their duties and responding warmly and casually that it is no problem ehatsoever to be taking care of you folks tonightl nad making me feel that there is absolutely nothing else they would rather be doing in that moment. Thid feam of yours must needs highest acclamation and recognition for their unparalleled and exceedingly outstanding deportment. I would most highly recommend this team to teach others, share their understading, and take trainees on call to observe. The imafe of them caring so lovingly for my beloved mama is intertwined with my memory of my last moments with her. And it is a most beatitul and heartwarmimg image. form my heart, Carrie Martin

Dear Paul, It's been a year since the passing of my father (Melvin Fleckenstein) he passed away on Christmas Eve 2009. I want to THANK YOU so much for the memories you allowed us to have of my father during the service in which you ministered, you were absolutely amazing. I left there thinking you and my dad had met prior to his death due to way you put everything together. I still today remember the exact setting and how comfortable you made myself and sibling during a very emotional time, you had all the answers and patience anyone could ask for. Even today I still have my ups and downs but I do know that my father and his children were in the best hands they could be in during that time. I realize this has been a year but I want you to know that you will always be remembered and never forgotten. I ask that you pass this on to your staff as well since they to made a tough day a happy memory. Thanks again, and if you need to or want to feel free to contact me via cell at 719-648-4021. Also your Careletter that comes in the mail is the best information available, I ask that I can pay for more issues if possible or what I need to do to continue them if possible, please let me know. Jerry
